Enrollment Questions

  • We open enrollment for all of our classes at least 3 weeks before the start week of a class.

  • Enrollment closes for all of our classes on the Sunday 2 weeks after the start week of a class. If a class is full and enrollment has not ended, then that class cannot accept any further enrollments despite the enrollment period not being over.

  • To ensure a safe and friendly environment, we have a maximum on our classes to meet our Student to Staff ratios and space provided by the school. Typically, for every 8 students, we provide 1 instructor to ensure as much hands-on support as possible during our classes. If we cannot add more instructors to a class we have a smaller class size.

  • When inputting your dismissal type, you can select “pick up”, “walk home” or “aftercare”. Select the option you want your student to do once our class with them ends.

Please know: We cannot leave your student with Aftercare if you have not signed them up with Aftercare. The Aftercare program must be expecting your student in order for us to dismiss your student to them. If you are late to picking up your student, we cannot leave your student with Aftercare.

  • Our discounts and scholarships are school specific, but typically whenever you sign UP one student to a school, adding a sibling will receive a discount. The discount gets applied to whichever student’s schedule costs less.

  • We offer 25% off scholarships dependent on enrollment, please email info@levelupenrichment.com to see if you qualify.

If the enrollment for a class has not met the minimum of 8 students, a scholarship cannot be given.

To process scholarships, we invoice parents the adjusted price through Stripe and request the student’s information through email correspondence.

  • We cancel programs at a school on the Thursday before the start week of a class if enrollment is low. This is to ensure students within cancelled classes have enough time to join other classes when they are available.

Refund Questions

  • Level UP Enrichment does not offer refunds for classes a student is absent for.

  • Level UP Enrichment does not offer refunds for planned missed classes.

  • Level UP Enrichment offers refunds for classes that will not be attended through withdrawal within the first 2 weeks of class. After 2 weeks, no refunds are issued for withdrawing students.

  • Level UP Enrichment only offers refunds for students who are not enjoying the class and wish to be withdrawn. These refunds are handled on a case by case basis and require a report from the parent/guardian detailing the issue. The refund includes future classes that will not be attended as well as the most recent class preceding the complaint. Following a complaint, Level UP will conduct a performance review for the instructor of the refunded class to ensure they are meeting our teaching standards.

  • Level UP enrichment does not offer pro-rated prices for Late-sign UPs.

Program Questions

  • Absolutely! You can do so by sending an email to us at: info@levelUPenrichment.com. If you do not relay to us that your student is absent, we will send a text and potentially call you to ensure your student is supposed to be absent. Letting us know ahead of time saves us a lot of work and is very much appreciated!

  • We only pick up Kindergarteners front their classrooms from the information provided when you enroll. All other students 1st grade and above are expected to meet their instructor at the agreed meeting area that is sent in the Welcome Email.

  • We send a welcome email at least 3 days before the class starts to all parents who are enrolled with the information you need for the upcoming session.

  • We escort students who are in aftercare to the building they are located in following the end of our Enrichment class if you indicated that your student is supposed to go to aftercare when you enrolled. Please make the Aftercare company aware that your student will be attending our enrichment classes before attending aftercare.

  • Our instructors are happy to talk to you whenever you pick up your student! In fact, they are scheduled with extra time to do so. We also send out an email approximately 4 weeks after class starts that provides a link to view the curriculum that your student has been learning this far.

  • Our skill-based classes like Chess, Mini Tennis, and Basketball are usually divided into groups based on their skill level and age. Other classes are either separated by age upon sign-up (like Creative Builders/Tiny Tinkerers) or have a minimum age requirement to ensure all of the students are near the same skill level (like Escape Room). In cases where were are unable to provide multiple instructors at a class due to low enrollment or staffing constraints, we sometimes are required to combine skill groups. Even in this case, our instructors are trained to tailor their lessons and questions so students of each skill level will continue to be challenged at the appropriate level and learn something new each class.

  • Yes! Most of our classes have multiple versions so students are able to repeat the classes without doing the same projects. Skill based classes like Chess or Tennis will continue to build upon skills that were introduced the previous session, while classes like Creative Builders and Lego Videos allow students to approach similar concepts from a different angle while utilizing the knowledge they gained from the previous session to make their new project even better.

  • It is completely up to the school what programs we provide there. If you would like to have a specific program we offer at your school, let the Principal know! Many schools do not know of our programs unless there is interest from parents, and we have had much success adding classes to schools via this method.

  • While we often reach out to other businesses in hopes to have them provide classes at the schools we serve, we have had the most success when parents refer them to us. If you have a class or program you’d like to have join your school, have them contact us at info@levelUPenrichment.com and we will get them onboarded ASAP!

  • Due to Safety Concerns We No Longer Allow Early Pick Ups. If your student needs to be picked up early please don’t have your student attend class for the day

Late Student Pick-UP Policy

Level UP Enrichment will charge $20 for every 15 minutes a student is not picked up past the initial 15 minutes that are allotted for dismissal after our classes end. Upon signing UP, you understand that if you do not pick up your students within 15 minutes of a class's dismissal you may be charged an additional $20 for every 15 minutes after the class's dismissal time.

This charge will be invoiced to you through Stripe to the email you used to sign UP.
